Wah seh, You guys all take NAPFA ler, i still no idea when my NAPFA coming sia. My 2.4km sure die lah, my stamina all disappear liao. Shuttle run maybe can do well. Standing Broad jump confirm can do well. Hmm IPPT for adults Gold standard is 258cm sia, Must aim for that. Sit and reach i think i must tear my hamstrings then can get 45cm plus. Oh well my fitness levels have plunged like mad. Got so many bloody things to do now. Let's count...3 InfoComm competition, Science research competition, Bloody SA1, project here project there, can die sia. Sec 1 already so darn busy, Sec4 how? Wah seh. Anyways, only 1 more inch to 6 feet tall! Yay!
